SAC Hosts Annual Ghost Tours to Support Winthrop Fund
Student Alumni Council, an organization that preserves tradition and builds loyalty among students, alumni, and the university, will host its annual ghost tours on Tuesday, Oct. 27, in support of the Winthrop Fund.
The event educates participants about Winthrop history and oral traditions through guided tours and short monologues performed by students of Alpha Psi Omega, the national theater honor society. Tours conclude in short discussions with a group of local ghost hunters, the P.A.S.T. Researchers, who recently investigated Tillman Hall for signs of paranormal activity. The team will discuss scientific methods used to investigate Tillman Hall and unveil the findings of their research.
All event proceeds go to the Winthrop Fund to continue support for student scholarships, faculty awards and the alumni association.
