The Department of Psychology at Winthrop University offers an exceptional undergraduate program that prepares students in liberal arts and sciences for careers in business, law, health, human services, medicine or other professions. The department also houses a nationally recognized graduate program in school psychology (SSP). Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends contribute to the department’s two funds: the Psychology Emeriti Faculty Scholarship Fund and the School Psychology Enhancement Fund.
• Psychology Emeriti Faculty Scholarship Fund
- Gifts to the Psychology Emeriti Faculty Scholarship Fund support undergraduate psychology majors. We are currently raising funds to offer the University’s first scholarship for a Psychology major.
• School Psychology Enhancement Fund
-
All gifts to the School Psychology Enhancement Fund support school psychology graduate program needs and provide assistance for tuition, books, travel to conferences and other expenses for students in financial need.
