An outright gift is just as its name implies: a gift transferred immediately from you to Winthrop. You can use your gift to benefit the unrestricted Winthrop Fund or to support a specific need. You can create a named endowment fund which will be invested in perpetuity, or you can have your gift expended for immediate use.
