Award Nomination

Award Nomination Form

The Awards Committee will accept nominations of individuals prior to March 1 annually. Nominations may be submitted online or by downloading and mailing the nomination form to the Morgan-Holcombe Alumni Center. No other nominations will be considered. Additional pages may be submitted in support of the nomination. No self-nominations will be accepted. The Awards Committee will evaluate all nominations and determine the Award recipients.

All Alumni Awards will be presented during the Alumni Awards Luncheon. A recipient must be present to receive the Award unless a request for presentation in absentia is granted by the Alumni Association Executive Committee for extraordinary reasons.
