In her role as the Director of Program Administration, Amanda oversees the operational stewardship of the Winthrop University Foundation, working closely with other members of the division of University Development and Alumni Relations that the programming and policies for the Winthrop University Foundation and Office of the Vice President meet the highest standards.
Amanda is active in her field, holding membership in the following organizations: Southeast Donor Relations Conference (SEDR), Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP), Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
In her spare time, she stays active volunteering with the Winthrop Alumni Admissions Volunteers (WAAV) and a variety of community organizations as well as serving as an advisor for the local chapter of Chi Omega Fraternity. She is a member of the Leadership York County Class of 2009 and also serves on the executive council for Youth Leadership York County Planning Council. Some semesters, she teaches classes in the Winthrop English Department.
